Tollerance factor value change in case the flow meter measured value is out of pre-defined range

Objective Function Calculation and reporting

Objective function provides overall model convergence tracking by the user on a day-to day basis. Many of the customers looks for this to benchmark and validate the model convergence confidence on day-to-day basis to monitor.
