Shift-JIS is currently not supported in AVEVA Communication Drivers. I think it is mandatory feature to support Shift-JIS since Japanese customer normally send some of the string data by Japanese character from PLC.

S7TCP driver does not talk to PLCSIM Advanced

Not sure why my previous submission was deleted, so I send again. S7TCP driver needs update to resolve the issue with the communication with Siemens PLCSIM Advanced simulator while other SCADA software can easily talk to it.
