Allow users to manually input windows authentication

https://schneiderampla.atlassian.net/browse/CE-1844

[System Info]
Ampla Versions: 7.1.700
Operating System:Windows 2012 Server R2

[Raised by]
Customer Company: Coronado Curragh Pty Ltd
Customer Contact: nagabhushanam.parepalli@aveva.com
SR Reference: 951176061

[Problem Summary]
Engineers from Coronado Curragh do not own their computers. On site, different role engineer including Operators, Maintenance persons will input records using Ampla client using a "Shared" already logged in desktop. Customers have their own AD windows account. Customers are not happy to log off and login to windows in order to use Ampla client with window authentication mode. What they want is able to input windows account to Ampla client at windows authentication mode. Current design, only simple user can input login details. windows user cannot. Customer clear that they are not after simple authentication here, so that will not be the solution.

[What is the impact to Customer/s]
Customers are not happy because windows authentication does not allow user to manually change login details.

Feedback provided by Naga:

Curragh has opted Ampla against the Honeywell products. They are replacing their Honeywell experion, process more with Wonderware Historian, Ampla and WWO Insight. They currently have 10 CALs, however they suspect that the number of Ampla users could be higher than that and they want to use the login process efficiently and without putting too much effort on the operators who are not very familiar with the IT stuff in general. Besides, they are using the Citect SCADA with different AD accounts without logging out the session and that saves a lot of time there for them which is currently not possible in Ampla. Users will be busy with shift log and downtime related data update activities in PA during the end of the shift and they don’t want to spend time on logging off and logging in continuously for all those 10+ users.
