Modify in runtime the text for an attribute with Data type Internationalized String

Since 2023 R2 release, some string attributes are now with the Internationalized String data type. And the inherited negative effect is that we can no longer edit the text in runtime for a description attribute. Indeed, as part of a continuous improvement of our SCADA system, we have left it possible for some SCADA's users to modify the description of certain data. since we migrated to 2023 R2, we can no longer do this.

Could you restore the functionality of changing the text of an attribute to runtime even with the Internationalized String data type?
