Delete Tags with DBDump/DBLoad

We had a customer who was attempting to mass delete tags and they wanted to see an option with DBDump/DBLoad to be able to mass delete tags through that feature. They are aware of the Delete Unused Tags feature, they just wanted to have an additional option to mass delete tags.

    I wholeheartedly agree that we need to improve on the tag deletion experience. It is too clunky.

    We have some things in mind, but not necessarily throught the Dump/Load experience. If I try to capture the core concept of the request, am I understanding correctly that your customers wishes to supply a list of tags which the application will delete on command?
