Parent control alarm suppression for ROC alarms

The Chevron 2022 SP1 project is requesting the ability to use Parent control alarm suppression to suppress ROC alarms

Expectation Chevron was surprised when parent control alarm suppression did not apply to ROC alarms which continued to be annunciated and submitted a ticket.
Idea business value Can we submit an enhancement request to include ROC in alarm suppression? We have many sites where we need to suppress ROC alarms based on a valve state change.
