[National Fuel Gas Supply] Add Calendar Popup to Timed Inhibit Display

Customer asking if it would be possible to add a calendar popup that could be used to set the inhibit duration. This is likely something that other customers have requested in the past and may already have been implemented in other projects – if not maybe an idea for addition to baseline in the future.
