Add alarm delay for digital points

Big Picture User Experience

Add On/Off alarm delay for digital points (status and multistate) in the same fashion as for analog.


Detailed Description

The product currently enables the configuration of analog points to delay alarm generation and subsequent return to normal (RTN).

It is asked that the digital point will have the same capability for states that are defined as abnormal states for a digital point.

The behavior of this functionality can be referenced from the RealTime administrator user guide. See "On/Off Alarm delay Enhancement".


Acceptance Criteria

Ability to delay the generation of an abnormal alarm for a digital & multistate point, similar to how it can be done for analog points.

Would it be just for "normal"/"abnormal", or do we need to include state-based delays? If yes, would the delay time be the same, or do we need different delays for each?

Only those states which are indicated as abnormal. Time delays are the same for all states.


Business Value

This will make our product more consistent, and will aid usability.
