Enhance ACE to be triggered by timestamp for any record in Realtime

IMS# 1766330

Customer was using inchtime.high to trigger an ACE routine from an RtString record.

A defect was fixed that stopped the timestamps being published via PubSub, which caused ACE to stop triggering.

The proposed fix is to allow ACE to be triggered by strings, which would enable triggering from RtString..curval AND any timestamp fields.


Long term fix

Find another field that is published on a krunch, and instruct customers to use that to trigger their ACE routines. Or, enable the ACE routine to be triggered by the timestamp of the record
