OPC DA to read Json file to update allowlist/whitelist regularly without restart the OPC server

As you know, every time we add a new database point to the allowlist/whitelist in the OPC Json file, we need to restart the OPC server process for the new configuration to take effect. It is disruptive. So, I was wondering if there is any way to have the OPC server process to read the Json file and apply the new configurations automatically at a specified time, without having to restart the process? This would greatly streamline our workflow and minimize downtime.
