Allow the "safety string" to be moved or disabled in the alarm message

Currently in baseline, (SAFETY) is always added as a prefix to Safety Related alarm messages. It is used as the marker whether the alarm should be recorded in the event table as safety-related. Our customer wants to have (SAFETY) as a suffix for the alarm message

Problem Statement

In baseline there is no way to change the position of the "safety string" in the alarm message so our customer settled for customizing the "safety string" to 'no character'. This removed the unwanted prefix from the alarm message, but we have discovered that it causes false positives to be recorded in the event table. For proper SRP functioning, the safety string needs to be a unique searchable string. This would be acceptable to our customer if they could make it a suffix to the alarm message instead of a prefix.
