Productize script conversion from none summarized to summarized TimeSerise

For customers who want to convert from non-simirized timeserise to a summurized tiem series they need to execute a script to convert their data. This will enable them to use DTR on their Trends. DTR does not support non-summrized Data.

The attached script was crafter for ENB to convert and validated.
