Modification Request to Alarm Suppression Functionality

When a Parent point goes stale, alarm suppression associated with that point is removed.

Expectation

When a Parent point goes into a stale condition, the alarm suppression of the Child points will continue to allow alarms based on the last good value from the Parent.
Idea business value

As mentioned above, the customer presenting this idea cannot use the Alarm Suppression feature due to the problem described above. But they recognize that Alarm Suppression would be a very useful part of their Control Room Management, if it would function the way they would like to see it.

    Declining with the following reasoning: The paradigm to keep suppressing a child point based on an un-known parent state is degerious and can lead to negative effects o fmissing critical alarms for child points.
