Enhance Datapump to be able to optionally use the FIRE_TRIGGERS option for bulk inserts

We (TCE) would like to find out if Aveva would be able to enhance Datapump to be able to optionally use the FIRE_TRIGGERS option for bulk inserts. We have turned bulk load off for now but would like to see if we could get this enhancement so we could switch back to the more efficient bulk load.

This is for the Waterfall SQL connector. It requires the triggers to fire to realize there is data to send. In testing we found that bulk insert is about 20 times faster

Background

TC Energy requires that insert triggers fire on both sites for all data inserted into the OASyS historian. Currently, the collect process uses the bulk insert FIRE_TRIGGERS option when placing the collect data into the owning site. However, when Datapump moves the data to the non-owning site, if bulk inserts are used, the FIRE_TRIGGERS option is not used and the triggers are not fired on the non-owing site.

Development Description

Enhance datapump to have a pre-table setting to turn on FIRE_TRIGGERS; this would be ignored if bulkload==0. If set, Datapump would set this option when doing the bulk insert for the table.
