Enhance Re-alarming application for any alarm severity

Enable Re-Alarming application to re-alarm alarms of any severity that were acknowledged by SCADA controller

Detailed Description

Background

Re-Alarming application designed to re-annunciate alarms that are previously were acknowledged by SCADA operator after a configured time has elapsed. Presently, this application only supports re-alarming alarms with High or Critical severities.

This enhancement request is to enhance the application so that the functionality of re-alarming can be applied to alarms with any severity.

Expectation
  • verify that alarms of any severity can be re-alarmed after acknowledgement.

  • Verify that the re-alarming occurs after configured time (baseline behavior)

    Tyler: While this is definitely a nice-to-have, it is not high on the priority list.

    The most critical one is re-alarming after the initial alarm time, not the acknowledgement.
