Adding "Remote" parameter to the "FilterFlexTag" BLT

This is related to IMS 2573721

The Albuquerque Water Utility is requesting that remote filtering be added to the FlexTag Summary display as this feature exists for tag summary display and most of the time used to filter flextags of a particular Remote.

However, the remote field is not a parameter in the FilterFlexTag BLT which the FlexTag Summary display uses.


The customer is asking if the Remote field can be added to the FilterFlexTag BLT parameters and hence to be added to the Flextag summary display.

Expectation

The customer is expecting that the Remote field is a parameter of the FilterFlexTag BLT similarly to filterTag BLT as shown in the attached picture.

The purpose is to be able to filter the Flextag_summary display based on their Remote.

    Bigger picture: I want to merge tag and flextag into one, and finally get to one tag implementation that does all of what both offer.

    Short term: not going to make it into anything before ES25, and even ES25 would be a stretch given the contractual stuff already there.

    Immediate: You are encouraged (and allowed) to override this BLT. Source can be provided if required.
