We created this site to hear your enhancement ideas, suggestions and feedback about AVEVA products and services. All of the feedback you share here is monitored and reviewed by the AVEVA product managers.

Enabling LDAPS for Enterprise SCADA

Customer Requests have been submitted to GCS to request information on when LDAPS will be supported by Enterprise SCADA (OASYS) Products.


Apparently it is an item that can be flagged during security audits, and it is of interest to have our product compatible with LDAPS for security reasons

Expectation

Customer is looking for information on if this will be on the roadmap and if it can be supported by the product. They are currently running ES 2021 SP2 P5 HF7. No expectation that it will be for their current product, but customer would like an idea on ETA.

Idea business value

Adding compatibility with Security features offered by Microsoft is a good selling point for our customers.
