Create an alarm when omnicomm detects DNS issues and puts a connection offscan.


Expectation

When omnicomm puts a connection offscan due to its IP address failing a DNS lookup, there should be an alarm generated to bring this to the operators attention.
Idea business value

This happens rarely (and the root cause of the 'network blip' was not given) but when it does, it is quite disruptive as the operators dont immediately know (although the points where stale?)

    Customer reporting this has a scripted workaround, and is also investigating the use of the Age Watchdog to replace the script moving forward.
