We created this site to hear your enhancement ideas, suggestions and feedback about AVEVA products and services. All of the feedback you share here is monitored and reviewed by the AVEVA product managers.

Add customer test scripts to automated testing

Multiple customers have offered to share their test scripts with us to improve our ability to test usage that better matches customer environments.

Expectation

Customer logs into a web portal, and uses it to create test scenarios. They can upload config data, run the test, check and approve the output. Then, these tests are run automatically as part of the release hardening, and the user would receive a report via the web portal.
Idea business value

The customer then has fewer tests to do during an upgrade, reducing the TCO for the upgrade, and the incoming defect rate.
