It was found that custom fields added to the remconnjoin table are blanked out when ADE edits are made.


Detailed Description

Custom fields are not blanked by ADE when edits are made.

If a project has a VDB override in place to populate custom fields in this table, they will continue to function as normal.

2024-02-02 Update: any work on this must be done with the future vision of a REST API that can be used by ADE and the next gen config tool. I.e. no more business logic inside ADE


Business Value

Table extensibility is a key feature, and some customers are using it to extend the remmconnjoin table (especially those with custom protocols). This extensibility is critical for the function of the new pi interface, which needs to store a PI tag name
