Add "Inhibit" column to baseline Point Event Summary display

Current baseline Event Summary display has a column called Inhibit which indicates the type of alarm inhibit. See attachment Event_Summary.png. On the other hand, the current baseline Point Event Summary display doesn't have that column. See attachment Point_Event_Summary.png.

Adding the "Inhibit" column to the Point Event Summary display would be helpful for operators to quickly/easily find out whether the alarm associated with the event was inhibited or not.
