Secured and Verify Writes popup for boolean shoud show Onmsg/Offmsg instead of True/False

The popup for secured/verify writes is showing the value True or False. Would be more logical that it uses the OnMsg or OffMsg that is configured for the corresponding attribute.

The SA include treeview control does not have the ability to change the order of the elements in a leaf.

It would be useful to change the order so that the tree can reflect the logical order of the process plant however that looks, for example the flow of material or process vs ancillary equipment or whatever rather than just alphabetically.
