CrowdStrike EDR Endpoint Detection & Response support Merged

Hi,

We are seeing a growing number of requests regarding EDR compatibility with AVEVA products.

We usually respond that EDR tools are not officially supported; however, customers generally achieve good results when applying a proper learning or tuning phase.Since this demand will continue to increase, AVEVA really needs to ensure compliance with such solutions.
Would it be possible to get prerequisites and best pratices notes (as per as the antivirus/firewal technote) to help/guide customer on deploying EDR ?

We're facing demands on CrowdStrike EDR solutions.
