Document public FNput commands for Remote and connection records

Remote and connection tables have supported public commands called FNPuts. Through these commands 3rd party application (and internal) invoking commands. Such as TestPoll or a request to poll now.
Although Documentation list number of FNPut commands, not all of them documented. The remote and connection fnput commands are typically called from internal process and have not been asked to be documented prioer. Either due to prior knowledge of the product or because these commands are called from internal process and by custom 3rd party applications. The request is fully document Remote and Connection Fnput commands that are public.
