Omnicomm should better support modern network speeds

Omnicomm has a feature that allows it to wait longer for large messages than for short messages. This feature defaults to calculations based on messages transmitted at 1200bps and has a maximum configurable rate of 38400bps. In a world where many devices are probably connected at 5G speeds, this is archaic. This is currently aggravated by the fact that Omnicomm adds 256 bytes to the expected length of every message (delaying 2400ms at the default 1200bps), submitted as Tech Support case 962604923. While configuring a 38400bps connection is an appropriate workaround in most cases, it illustrates Omnicomm's age. It would be better if users could configure a "Network" speed and this calculation would be skipped.

Expectation

Users should be able to configure a "network" speed sigconfig that disables the additional delay added by calculating the size of the message to be transmitted.
