Improvements to OPC Client

Enhance the OPC Client such that it can handle third-party OPC Servers that present 10,000+ points as one remote. This "idea" relates to GCS ticket #960321526.

Expectation

OPC Servers can be "data concentrators", with 10,000+ telemetered points effectively on one remote. I expected to be able to configure Enterprise SCADA with 10,000+ telemetered points associated with one remote.

Idea business value

Enterprise SCADA solutions with third-party OPC Servers acting as data concentrators can be properly configured.

A workaround was suggested to split up the points on the OPC server into multiple groups.

Customer indicated that they are hoping when they migrate to site and can use real data instead of simulated data (that currently has too fast of an update rate, and cannot be adjusted), that the symptoms will alleviate. WWW indicates previous projects have had success with rtu point counts around 2k-3k, so there is hope this will be sufficient.
