We created this site to hear your enhancement ideas, suggestions and feedback about AVEVA products and services. All of the feedback you share here is monitored and reviewed by the AVEVA product managers.

Enhanced native integration options between Case Management and customer EAM

This is request that goes beyond "External Links" feature, which is just a simple icon/button linked to an external form, but doesn't store any extra information within Predictive Analytics itself.

Without at least some stored information within Predictive Analytics upon external form submission, how can the monitoring analyst easily follow-up on the work order(s) derived from the case?

The user won't necessarily know if a notification or work order has already been created when launching the external form either, so duplicate submissions may occur.

Could an enhanced integration be extended to not only submit a Notification / Work Order request natively, but store relevant information within Predictive Analytics regarding the form submission, showing that a notification or work order has been generated from a case?

Consider the ability to be able to see a summary of linked work orders for a given case within the Predictive Analytics application itself - perhaps with some basic overview of the work order details pulled from the EAM, and potentially having the context link to take you directly to the work order within SAP / Maximo / etc.

Even better if within the customer EAM, they can determine that their Work Order was as a direct result of our Predictive Analytics solution, with a reference to the Case.
