S7TCP driver does not talk to PLCSIM Advanced

Not sure why my previous submission was deleted, so I send again. S7TCP driver needs update to resolve the issue with the communication with Siemens PLCSIM Advanced simulator while other SCADA software can easily talk to it.

Citect S7TCP driver to be updated.

CITECT S7TCP driver is not able to communicate with Siemens PLCSIM Advanced V5.0 while other SCADA Software are able to do so.
