Faster compiler

The old compiler needs to utilize modern hardware better to decrease compile-time. Also applies to other tools who I suspect uses same/similar routines working with DBFs and such. Like page update and packing, etc.

Enlarge the tables in the kernel

For instance the CSAToPSI.Subs, it starts with the cluster name, then the tag, which can 79 characters. You can only see 29 characters. Also in a kernel dump the length is limited. Also sorting on different colums would be helpfull.
