Add the ability for the Ampla end user to select/search for a relevant cause location

Add the ability for the Ampla end user to select a relevant cause location of a downtime record by searching using the equipment id or a key word.

If the cause location hierarchy is immense, then it’s very hard to identify the target equipment unlike if there is a search option etc.

At Curragh, they are experiencing something similar, where operators/users are familiar with the equipment IDs rather than the names in the cause location hierarchy. Also the cause location hierarchy is very bulky and not easy to locate the target equipment while filling a downtime record. Hence they are filling up with some inaccurate(choosing area rather than the target equipment) info there.
