New alarm type (like Double point status alarm) which support 64 states

V2023R2 introduced the double point status alarm. This type of alarm can handle 8 different states. This very limited. Should be at least 32 states or preferrably 64.

Add ability to lock guidelines in Graphics Builder (so they dont change when you accidentally click them)

The problem is: in the graphics builder the guidelines can be clicked or dragged using the mouse, and then they change! Whilst dragging is quite a conscious action, clicking something is easily done accidentally. You are not warned that you clicke...

Faster compiler

The old compiler needs to utilize modern hardware better to decrease compile-time. Also applies to other tools who I suspect uses same/similar routines working with DBFs and such. Like page update and packing, etc.
