Faster compiler

The old compiler needs to utilize modern hardware better to decrease compile-time. Also applies to other tools who I suspect uses same/similar routines working with DBFs and such. Like page update and packing, etc.

Display quality as string intead of Hex in OCMC (SMC)

Hex value indicating the quality of the items in OI Server Device Groups (Diagnostics) is not easily readable. I suggest to replace the Hex values by their String value, or display Hex value and string value like in Object Viewer (eg: C0:Good)

Add ability to lock guidelines in Graphics Builder (so they dont change when you accidentally click them)

Get Custom Property Reference by script

Allow retrieving a reference from a custom property to reuse it in a graphic. Example: indicate to the user the attribute used in a display and be able to find it in Historian.

Shift + Scroll to Horizontally Scroll in Graphic Editor

Shift + Scroll is a common application hotkey combo to horizontally scroll. It would be valuable if this was added to the graphic editor as there is currently no way to horizontally scroll other than dragging the horizontal scroll bar.
